Refund Policy

I would really like you to be happy with any purchase you make, but if you aren't completely satisfied you may return any product to me within 14 days and I will either replace it or issue you a refund.

Any returned item must be in it's original condition, unscratched and unmarked, and in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately I am not able to refund shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs. Commissions and personalised orders cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty as these items will have been made to order following your instructions.

Faulty Goods

In accordance with your statutory rights, if your purchase has been received damaged or faulty please email me immediately to arrange a replacement or full refund.

You may need to send the item back to me, preferably with proof of postage, and as soon as I have received it I will either make you a replacement or refund the full cost including any incurred postage. Please contact me before returning any work, and if possible please also send photographic evidence of any damage as this could be helpful to establish how the damage was caused.
